When we design a customised programme, my hourly rate is €85 for cultural and social organisations and €100 for businesses (excl VAT).
The first session is free in order for both of us to find out whether we are a good match. Additionally, I offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee if things don’t work out.
Year-long programme: relaxed pace + intensive support
For the year-long programme of 20 sessions (each approximately 2 hours), I use the following sliding scale :
- €3500 – €4500 – €5500 (excl VAT)

Year-long programme: short and focused + 3 follow up sessions
For the intensive year-long programme, where most of the collaboration occurs in the first month (a total of 10 sessions, each approximately 2 hours), I use the following sliding scale:
- €2000 – €3000 – €4000 (excl VAT)
DIY programme: Online Modules + 6 sessions
The DIY year-long programme is only available for the Strategic Plan trajectory. It combines online modules with approximately 6 live coaching sessions. The investment for this programme is:
- €1250 – €1750 – €2250 (excl VAT)
Funding through grants
Grants for development programmes are often available at the (Dutch) municipality, province, and EU. The availability of funding depends on the government body and the current political priorities. Common themes that are funded right now include sustainability, social equality, EU collaboration, talent development, citizenship, and neighbourhood initiatives.
Sometimes, these grants are very accessible, not requiring a legal body like a foundation and featuring a straightforward application and reporting process. Check the websites of the relevant governmental organisations for details.
