From ambition to business plan to result
From ambition to business plan to result. Intuitive, through the path of least resistance and in smooth and satisfying co-creation
Over the course of a year, we work together towards the outcome you envision. We follow the path of least resistance by using knowledge on how to structurally design a process of creation for success.
Regardless of your level of experience, this plan represents your best guess for achieving your desired outcome. It is a flexible, living thing that we can easily adapt to changes. I join you on this journey into the unknown, facilitating clarity as the strategic plan is measured against everyday working reality, revealing what works and what doesn’t.
Throughout the year, you will develop both the project or organisational goal and the skill of creation itself.
You can use any method you like or work intuitively or organically. All that matters is that it works. Methods are not the driver of success. I guide the movement and co-create with you the underlying structure for this movement, ensuring it proceeds along the easiest path and has the highest chance of success.
Structural Dynamics and Robert Fritz
This programme incorporates knowledge from Structural Dynamics in the Creative Process developed by Robert Fritz. As a consultant to some of the world’s largest organisations, Fritz uses the creative abilities of artists as his foundation. He is also a composer, filmmaker, author, and trainer in creative skills for individuals and organisations. His work on the structural causes of failure and success in creative processes adds a missing element to conventional organisational and personal development knowledge.
His insights connect my experience as a business manager, my passion for the arts and culture world, and my lifelong study on how people create organisations, lives and societies.
Energy moves where it is
easiest to go
The core insight from structural dynamics is that underlying structure determines behaviour and outcomes. This revolutionary perspective shifts the focus from behaviour change – which often fails to deliver desired results – to creating structures that naturally lead to success.
Structural design is not a shortcut to bypass hard work or avoid the reality of setbacks and obstacles. Instead, it’s a solid recipe for maximising adaptability and success.
Business expertise on non-profits
During this process, my experience in business management for non-profits and as an all-round copywriter is at your disposal. A career in business professionalisation within arts and culture has equipped me with knowledge of finance & control, bookkeeping, process optimisation, operations, legal structures, fundraising, and public subsidies. My work as a writer has spanned marketing copywriting and co-authoring business documents such as policy plans, annual reports, and grant applications in the cultural sector.
This knowledge is mostly based on how thing works in the Netherlands.
First session free + money-back guarantee
We can design a programme tailored to your goals, starting point, and needs. This could range from a single clarifying session to an extended collaboration. Alternatively, you can opt for a relaxed or intensive year-long programme.
1. Relaxed Pace + Intensive Guidance
We’ll meet approximately 20 times over the year, likely online but on-site if possible. Sessions are spread throughout the year based on what suits your organisational goals.
2. Short and Focused + 3 Follow up Sessions
We’ll meet about 10 times in the first month, followed by 3 feedback sessions spaced throughout the year to maintain continuity.
3. DIY Programme: Online Modules + 6 Sessions
For organisations and individuals with the time and focus to prepare independently between sessions, the DIY programme combines online modules with around 6 live coaching sessions over the year.
Fees
The first session is free in order for both of us to find out whether we are a good match. Additionally, I offer a no-questions-asked money-back guarantee if things don’t work out.
