    • Structural dynamics and Change workRobert Frizt studied structure in the arts, as a composer, filmmaker, writer. And then was like, hey, these basic principles apply to all forms of creating. In business, in personal lives, in relationships! That started him off into structural consulting of which I am a trainee. How can you have the dynamic of structure, which is governed by nature, work FOR whatever it is you want to create instead of against you. Because yes, it works both ways. ‘Mother’ structure doesn’t care about what we want. But we can study her and use what we learn to become skilled creators.
    • Structure in businessHow to design an organisation for success. That’s basically it. Only, success can’t be guaranteed. You can, however, learn to up your business’ chances of creating the desired outcomes by using the principles of structure. Structure is governed by nature. Learning to work WITH that mighty force is something you do once and then keep applying it and deepening your understanding of it for the rest of your life.
    • Structure in personal lifeNot only in business but also in our thinking can be structures that work against what we want to create in life and work. It is possible to uncover these structures by doing a one on one deep dive exploration of your topic. Wouldn’t it be great to become a fluent creator (again) without having to adopt better beliefs about yourself, more positive thinking, the right mindset or attitude? I think it is my laziness that drives me to this work. I tried everything in the self help business and never, ever found something that I could stick with or that stuck with me. Such a relief to dive to the core of things and be utterly real, become in touch with a part of reality which we have kept hidden or overlooked for all those years. Especially the therapists and the other alternative and regular helping professionals who do a session with me are struck with what they find. How come I never learned this in school? Because, well, we just don’t. But we should. Our world would be better for it.

Menopause

yeah! let’s do some menopausing! and share our stories. I started collecting them from the women I know or meet because I was scared of having some terrible disease twice in one month while actually menopausal signs were showing themselves.

Menopause and osteoporosis

The other day I asked a woman, whom I only had met once before, if she would want to share with me some of her story of menopause. And she did. Her story was rather uncommon. Her body had went into menopause quite rapidly and very early, when she was Lees verder…

Care muscles and independency

A friend of mine told me she felt her ‘care muscles’, which tend to often be stronger in women than in men, start to relax, be less active. This expressed itself for instance in not caring as much anymore whether she did or didn’t please another one by certain behaviour. Lees verder…

One minute depression

Here is a story from a person who is now in her early seventies. She felt it her duty to tell me her story in case I would experience something similar and so I wouldn’t be as freaked out as she had been at the time. She experienced a lot Lees verder…

Huge itchy breasts

So here’s the strange thing with my breasts that happened during the ovulation before this recent one. (here is the tale about that hormonal adventure) It started with my left breast being itchy, just behind the nipple. Both my breast also started to swell up. Both symptoms increased from gently Lees verder…

Being stabbed by a knitting needle

Last weekend I was near the coast with my daughter and love. It was a hot and windy day, AND a spring holiday  AND just at the start of more freedom after corona. The coast was the place to be for, it seemed like, all of the Netherlands and Germany Lees verder…

The why of telling tales about the unknowns of womens bodies

During the month of May 2020 I once spent a week and once a few hours in fear of having some horrible disease or ailment. In both cases it turned out to be hormonal, most probably signs of my body transferring to not being (in theory) capable of reproduction anymore. Lees verder…
